Many women experience pelvic health concerns following breast cancer treatment that can affect daily comfort, confidence, and quality of life. This presentation will discuss common symptoms and effective treatment strategies for conditions such as bladder and bowel leakage, urinary urgency and frequency, recurrent urinary tract infections, sexual discomfort, pelvic organ prolapse, and abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti). Participants will learn that these concerns are common, treatable, and not something they have to live with.
